These terms apply to use of cockpitdekor.com, online orders, physical goods, custom-made and made-to-order trim products, display protection films, digital cutting templates where available, and customers in the EU, USA and worldwide.
Produits et informations produit
CockpitDekor supplies aftermarket vehicle interior accessories including vehicle-specific dashboard trim kits, 3D domed trim panels, display protection films and interior PPF/DXF/SVG/CDR cutting templates where available. Product information, photos, fitment details and descriptions help customers choose the correct product, but customers must verify vehicle make, model, year, dashboard version, steering side, trim level, radio/climate version and selected finish before ordering.
Noms de vehicules et marques
Vehicle names, model names and trademarks are used only to identify compatibility and fitment. CockpitDekor products are aftermarket accessories and are not presented as original equipment manufacturer products. No affiliation with vehicle manufacturers and no OEM authorization is claimed unless expressly stated.
Commandes et acceptation
Placing an order does not always mean the order is accepted until payment and order details are confirmed. Orders may be delayed or cancelled if product configuration, address, payment, stock, production or compliance details require review. Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information. CockpitDekor may contact the customer to verify fitment or address details.
Produits sur mesure et fabriques a la commande
Many dashboard trim kits, designer trim products and special order items may be manufactured or prepared according to the customer selected vehicle, version, steering side, finish, material, kit configuration or order details. These products may be custom-made, personalised or made-to-order. Once production has started or the product has been produced for the customer, ordinary change-of-mind cancellation, return or exchange may not be available, except where required by law or where the item is defective, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
Produits numeriques et fichiers telechargeables
Digital DXF/SVG/CDR/PDF or other downloadable cutting-template files may be supplied electronically where available. Customers must check software, machine, scale and import compatibility before purchase. Once access or download begins, digital products may be non-refundable unless the file is defective, inaccessible or not as described, subject to applicable law.
Prix, taxes et devises
Product prices are shown on the website. Delivery charges are shown during checkout where applicable. Available currency and final checkout total may depend on destination, language, shop settings and payment provider. Non-EU customers may be responsible for customs duties, import VAT/taxes, brokerage or local charges. Such charges are not included unless clearly stated during checkout.
Paiement securise
Checkout uses SSL/HTTPS. Payments are processed by trusted providers such as PayPal, Stripe/card payments and available local methods. Available payment methods may vary by country, currency, device and provider. CockpitDekor does not store full card details. Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method where possible.
Livraison et traitement des commandes
Orders are usually processed within 3-7 business days after payment confirmation. Custom-made or made-to-order products may require additional production time. Delivery methods may include DPD in Europe, postal/courier services worldwide and USPS residential delivery for USA orders where applicable. Tracking is provided after dispatch where available. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Remote areas, customs and seasonal workload may affect delivery.
Clients USA et hors UE
USA customers and other non-EU customers may be responsible for import duties, customs charges, state/local taxes, brokerage fees or local delivery charges. These charges are not collected by CockpitDekor unless clearly stated during checkout and are normally paid by the recipient. For USA deliveries, orders must be addressed to a valid residential address when USPS residential delivery is used. Business addresses, warehouses, freight-forwarding addresses, parcel lockers or pickup points may be refused or delayed if not suitable.
Retours, echanges et remboursements
Standard unused non-custom physical goods may be eligible for return within the applicable return window after prior approval. Customers must contact support before returning goods. Goods must be unused, undamaged, complete and safely packed. Custom-made or personalised products are not normally returnable for change of mind, wrong vehicle choice, wrong finish selection or ordering error once production has started or the product has been made. Defective, damaged, incorrect or not-as-described goods are handled according to applicable law. Approved refunds are normally processed to the original payment method where possible.

Installation et utilisation
CockpitDekor products are intended for suitable interior vehicle surfaces and must be installed according to supplied or published instructions. Incorrect cleaning, wrong surface preparation, heat, bending, cutting, trimming, chemical damage, forced installation or installation on unsuitable surfaces may affect fitment, adhesion and eligibility for return.
Images produit et variations de finition
Photos, screens and material samples may show colour, texture and gloss differently depending on lighting, monitor settings, product batch and finish type. Real wood veneer and decorative finishes may show natural or production variation.
Propriete intellectuelle et utilisation du site
Website content, photos, text, product layouts, technical drawings, digital files and design materials may be protected. Customers may not copy, resell, redistribute or use digital cutting files, images or product data for unauthorised commercial purposes.

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. CockpitDekor is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect customer information, customs processing, third-party carrier delays, improper installation, unsuitable surfaces, unauthorised modifications or use outside the product purpose, except where required by applicable law.

CockpitDekor may update these terms from time to time. The version available on the website at the time of purchase applies to the order unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
